General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the winbdt platform and all services under it. winbdt is an online gaming and sports betting platform that serves Bangladeshi users.
By accessing this platform, completing registration, or using any service, you fully agree to all the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using this platform.
winbdt reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account and use services on winbdt, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. (Applicable for ages 21+)
- You must be a genuine citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh.
- You must have an active mobile number and email address.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- All information provided must be true, accurate and up to date.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
After registration, winbdt may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other relevant documents to verify your identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended or closed.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Operating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.
Account Security
You are personally responsible for keeping your winbdt account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with a third party or allowing them to operate your account is strictly prohibited.
If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Full responsibility for any failure to keep the account secure lies with the user.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- Never share your OTP or verification code with anyone.
- Avoid clicking on suspicious links.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on winbdt is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). All deposits must be made through the method registered to the account.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
4.3 Third-Party Payments
Deposits or withdrawals through any third party other than a payment method registered in the account holder's own name are prohibited. Any such transaction detected will be cancelled.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
winbdt offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus applies once and to one account only.
- A bonus is not treated as direct cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are met.
- winbdt reserves the right to withdraw or change any bonus at any time.
- Bonuses that expire after the deadline for meeting the conditions will be cancelled.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be closed.
5.3 VIP Program
The winbdt VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, 1.2% for Platinum and 1.5% for Diamond. Cashback is applied at the set rate on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
A confirmed bet or game round cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is acknowledged by winbdt. If a bet is left in an uncertain state due to a technical issue, winbdt will review it and provide a final decision.
6.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports federation. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, winbdt will settle bets according to established rules.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games available on winbdt are operated by third-party software providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and others). The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is set by the provider and may vary.
6.4 Incorrect Quotes or Errors
winbdt reserves the right to void any winnings paid out as a result of a technical error, system issue, or clearly incorrect odds/payout. In such cases, the original deposit will be returned.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbdt platform and any of them may result in permanent account closure:
- Fraud, deception, or any unlawful conduct.
- Betting or gaming using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Coordinated betting (arbitrage betting) for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security.
- Collecting or using another user's account information.
- Registering with false information or concealing identity.
Responsible Gaming
winbdt believes that healthy, controlled gaming is the most enjoyable. Responsible gaming guidelines and self-control tools are available on this platform — users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or account breaks.
Gaming should never be seen as a source of income or a way to repay debt. If you notice a tendency to play excessively, contact the winbdt support team. We are committed to providing the necessary support and resources.

Service Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by winbdt
winbdt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- Providing false information or concealing identity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Any legal or regulatory directive.
10.2 Closure by User
You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and the available balance will be returned, unless there is another legal reason preventing this.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbdt is not liable for:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical disruption.
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to secure the account.
- Changes to game outcomes due to errors by third-party software providers.
- Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government directives, etc.).
